So Seth wanted his training wheels off....so off they came and off he went! He rode off into the sunset and has not stopped riding his bike since. Wow, Bud, you amaze us! He rode all afternoon and evening! He woke up this morning and I found him getting in the van to reach the garage door opener so he could get his bike out and has been riding his bike ever since.

Everything is a toy, everything is a weapon!
Seth, you crack me UP! Here you are with the posts to Sasha's canopy bed, and you are ready to fight or something. I love how creative you are and everything is a toy and or weapon! Oh, and those jammies have been on his cute little body for many, many hours now. He slept in them last night and has had them on all day long. I guess I shoulda bought several pair. Love you, my son.

Addie, the Potty Champ!
Addie, my love, has not been real into the whole potty training thing. I don't know why. I bribed her. I dunno. But, I found out what did not work with her! Don't make her sit on the pot. She will come and tell me "I gonna go potty now. You stay here." Ok, so I quietly follow her down the hall, and sure enough she is peeing in the potty. As soon as Will and I stopped making her sit on the pot, she did it on her own. She even poops in the potty all by herself. I am in shock. It just makes me laugh how each of our kids are so different. She seems so big now. Sniff, sniff. Anyways, Addie, you are the Potty Champ!

Showing off!
I found the cutest bedspread for Sasha's new bed at Mervyn's and got it at great price. The decorative pillows that went with it were so cute, but not a great price at $19.99 a piece. So, the other afternoon, I went through my rememant fabric, pieced some together, and Viola, made 3 pillows. I don't always like what I make, but I actually think these turned out stinkin' cute, if I do say so myself!

One of my favorite things about our new home...
My own craft space! And it is a total MESS! I love it! I have been sewing again, making cards again and I am loving that I can just leave it all out and come back to it when I get a chance! Doing crafts is good for my soul! KWIM?

Happy Birthday to Daddy!
Here we are celebrating Daddy's birthday. Seth wanted to blow out the candle BEFORE we sang! We can't be doin' that, now can we?! Yes, I made the cake. It is a golf ball. Does it look like one? Please say "yes". LOL. It was fun and Will got a kick out of it!!

A great idea.....well sort of..........
I read in "Family Fun" a fun craft to do with your kids. So, Sasha, being the crafty girl she is, was onboard. Here is what we did: Got several containers of bubbles, put some "washable" tempra paint in each bottle. Put long sheets of paper up and blew bubbles on the paper and created some pretty cool paint splatters!!
It went a bit awry when I went in the house for something and the kids decide to go hog wild and finger painted the side of the house, the pavement, and eachother. Ok, so it said "washable" in the paint bottles.........um.......it wasn't. I was not a happy momma, and the kids and I scrubbed and scrubbed trying to get the paint off of everything. But, all in all, it was fun and that was the whole point, right!!??

Goin' for a ride!
Grandpa had a great idea to hook the trailer up to the 4-wheeler and take the grandkids for ride. We put a sleeping bag in the back so it was nice and padded, and they all piled in! It was really cute to watch them ride.

Can I just say, my kids are so stinking cute! Today, the Qwest man came to fix our phone jack so we could get on the internet again. The kids ran excitedly to the door, to see who was here. Seth was the only one, besides me, that was thrilled to see him. He had on a huge tool belt with all kinds of gadgets and Seth was all over it. He ran downstairs and when he came back I saw that he had his tool box and began putting on his tool belt with all his tools. He wanted to be just like the Qwest guy. It was seriously the cutest thing ever. The Qwest guy did not seem to notice that Seth was copying him, but I sure did. I stood back in the kitchen and watched Seth match his tools to the one the guy had on his belt. I love being a mom and days like this make the bad days seem not so bad. Love ya, Seth.
