Masterpiece Monday.....

I came upon a blog a few months back that had some fun ideas that I want to try.  Each day has a different theme or activity to do during the summer, but you could do this anytime and change it as needed.  The author of the blog implemented this during the summer when her public schooled kids were home.

• Masterpiece Monday: The kids create something.  Artwork. Building something.  Cooking or baking something!  Use your imagination!
• Take a Trip Tuesday: Go to a park, museum and so on.
• Wet Wednesday: Go to the pool.  Turn on the sprinklers. Water fight, anyone?
• Anything Thursday
• Friend Friday

Fun ideas, right?  I especially like the Masterpiece Monday idea.......I seem to remember there being a "Wonder Wednesday" where the kids look up something they are wondering about.  How do batteries work?  What does adding baking soda do to a recipe? Things like that.
